Didn’t have the best time at this hotel.The good sides:1. The room is nicely organized especially liked the transparent shower in the middle of the room. It gives a sense of a bigger room.2. The breakfast is nice and rice.The bad sides:1. The walls are so thin that you can hear every step your neighbors make to the point you can get a good time to rest.2. The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable.3. The location is not the best and in the evening you are very Limited with eating options around the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were greeted with a lovely dessert and fresh water bottles everyday. The staff was super nice, helpful, generous and kind – from the guys at the reception to the restaurant and bar staff…everyone was absolutely lovely!! The restaurant was very nice, breakfast was great. All in all great service. Definitely recommend and will absolutely be happy to return for another visit 😊.

Good points: Location is within few minutes walking from Hauptwache, so perfect, in the city center.Service is OK, but keep in mind they do not clean the room everyday, but every other day. Anyway, it worked for us.Not so good: Breakfast is too expensive, 30 eur per day per person, so we didn't take it. You can have an excellent breakfast in Frankfurt for half of that price.Awful: the room design. We had a room facing another building with windows so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. And that was let's say ok, since we didn't spend too much time in the room. BUT, the shower cabin is in the middle of the room, fully transparent ! No privacy at all. Imagine 2 friends sharing a room, or a parent and a child. You literally need to either wear a bathing suit to shower, or ask the other person to leave the room, or shower in front of them. The toilet seat is behind a door (thankfully) but you need to open the door (touch the handle) and go to the middle of the room to wash your hands!! Talking about basic hygiene. I cannot imagine who in the right mind thought that this is acceptable, and who was ignorant enough to approve it? It's been a month from our stay and I'm still shocked by this.

Staff super helpful and kind and professional.The breakfast was AMAZING, food quality 5 out of 5, and so much choice for vegetarians too. The restaurant menu looked so good (we didn't have time to try it but the options were very nice). Room clean and tidy.

Wouldnt come back. Paid for upgrade room did not get it, told on arrival the system made an error and no rooms left. Offered a couple of free beers by a manager i demanded to speak to, went to bar told I could only have a soft drink. The bar manager argued with me and was very rude. Booked months in advance asked for non allergen pillows as my wife us allergic to feathers, arrived to feathered bedding. The room was not made up, ran out of toilet paper. Rooms are basic, stained carpet, very cold, heating not working. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and we travel every few months. Not the best area either, side street across from hospital. As a chain you'd expect better. Really disappointed

I often travel to Europe and Asia for work and I would like to praise this hotel and all the staff. Open and friendly atmosphere of all employees. No problem at Check-in or with invoice matters. everything was ready for my arrival, including parking in the hotel garage. The hotel room is clean, luxuriously furnished.

Best hotel in my trip to Germany, absolutely everything was amazing. Beginning with front desk Spanish guy (extremely friendly) a We adored our room, toiletries smells so good, bed an pillows were out of this world. Breakfast outstanding, fresh orange juice, eggs made to order, everything fresh and yummy. Only downside, I have to leave early and couldn’t enjoy more the hotel and Frankfurt. Hoping for next time and no doubts I’ll stay there . 👌👌

Very good location to get to know the city. The reception staff are very attentive and nice. I make special mention of Leo, with whom we deal the most, but extended to all the staff members with whom we talked. Very attentive and pleasant people work in your company. Thank you.

Delicious breakfast and warm staff. I loved the stay. And the view... Simply amazing!Only the gym could be improved as there number of machines available is very limited.

The hotel was too hot and noisy. The water pressure was bad and the curtains were insufficient to block out the light in the morning. The room wasn't very clean.

We had a perfect anniversary stay in August 2023. The whole experience and friendliness of the staff further improved our stay.We checked in and went to meet family in the bar. When we returned to our room an hour or so later there were gifts of balloons, puddings and a very nice welcome message. We were upgraded to a Signature Skyline room with views towards the Frankfurt Skyline. The room and bed was extremely comfortable and although there was no minibar in the room reception advised we could help ourselves to the mini fridge in reception which was fully stocked with an array of soft drinks and beer. After a meal in Frankfurt we spent a few hours in the hotel bar. Service was good and the staff very friendly.The following morning we were too late for breakfast but the team went out of their way to accommodate us and made us omelette and sandwiches.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.Will definitely stay here againRegardsSanjay

A nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Overall a good experience, but with a few challenges throughout our stay.1. The room wasn't ready at the promised time - took 90min more than expected.2. There was no warm water in the room on the departure day - huge issue!3. The breakfast quality was ok and as expected from a hotel in this class - but the price on 27euro/day is well too expensive compared and not worth it. Sold as 27euro for 2 nights, but was for each day. Not happy about that!Without these challenges the stay would be close to perfect - but the impact of the above can only give 3 stars

Stayed as a disabled tourist for a weekend in November. Room was great (although for British travellers slightly different as shower in the room itself!)The staff MAKE this hotel and could not be more helpful. Being disabled they were supportive without being intrusive, friendly and helped me to practice my German although I did also overhear all of them speaking perfect English.They couldn't assist more when I had a personal issue to resolve (left my glasses in a restaurant and they helped me to get them back, calling the restaurant on my behalf).Breakfast was really good with hot and cold food available and comparatively better than my next hotel which was arranged through work.Also thoroughly recommend the Flemings Burger which was really tasty and filling - The sweet potato chips were also delicious!I travelled alone and felt incredibly comfortable there and look forward to returning with family.Thank you so much for your hospitality and would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful Hotel.Great room, wonderful shower in the room.Great spa/gym, 2 different saunas.One dry, one steamy.Small automated shop downstairs with necessities, snacks(had to get some female hygiene products for my girlfriend), pay with card.Really nice restaurant and bar.Good view from there.Extremely close to the Rhein.Close to the city center (hint: shopping and tourism).Extremely friendly and forthcoming lady behind the bar.

We had a great stay at Flemmings Riverside Frankfurt. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, our dog was very welcome and she loved it too. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The mini-market in the foyer was a great addition to get water and snacks. While there was no chef for the restaurant in the evening, the provision of fresh pizza and pasta was great - it was some of the best pizza we have had. Breakfast was really good (the eggs were great). Location was great, a 10 minute walk to Frankfurt centre and 10 minutes to the old town. Being right on the river was good to walk the dog along the river walk. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We stayed here before flying from Frankfurt Airport (15 min drive) and it was so much easier and better value for money, than staying at the airport itself. We will stay here again and look forward to it.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the wonderful staff , the gentleman who checked me in was so welcoming and kind. This is the second time I've stayed there and I will stay there again in the future. I like the laid back atmosphere and cleanliness of the fully equipped rooms.

We stay in your hotel on 2016 and 2018. your hotel currently needs a refurb. the carpet in our room was stained in several places and the corridors have ruined and scuffed walls. the thing that most negatively surprised us is the fact that you did not clean the room the day after our arrival. We arrived at 11 p.m. and at the receptionist gave us information on breakfast times etc. but he absolutely did not tell us that you have adopted the policy of not cleaning the rooms unless specifically requested, by putting an anonymous piece of paper on the pillow. who is the customer who, paying 330 euros per night, does not want to have a clean room and towels? it is certainly a savings policy totally to the detriment of the customer. Currently your hotel is sold around 90 to 150 euros per night, when you increase the price to more than double you must also offer an adequate service. another negative is the lack of empathy of the receptionists. They really struggle to say hello, they are cold and aloof.

A good hotel, well positioned in the centre. Rooms are comfortable and it's interesting the position of the shower, just in the middle of the room. Quite expensive 26 euros for breakfast. It's true that you can eat whatever you want but still... It's a breakfast!

A nice hotel conveniently located at the riverside. Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, very friendly to kids. The staff is super friendly.

Nice boutique hotel very close to the center. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Would certainly stay there again!

Whilst the outside looks nothing special, it’s when you enter the air conditioned reception and are greeted by professional friendly staff that the hotel comes alive. Through it is modern, clean and welcoming. The cappuccino is to die for and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

No hot water last say in anyone’s room. It’s a nice cheap place. Room had glass shower in the main room so don’t share a room unless you want to see your roommate naked. Great staff. Great location. Good overall value.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our check in was quick. The rooms are a little dated and the shower is in the actual sleeping area so you have no privacy if you are sharing your room with family or a friend. Breakfast was very expensive. The cold selection was great but the hot selection seemed to be mostly left overs from the evening alacarte menu. There is a small shop in the hotel but prices are also high

Terrible experience. Staff did not offer any assistance or explain where anything was on arrival, including where the access to gym or sauna was. They pointed at the self check in computer whilst seated and non communicative. Did not give a warm greeting. See through shower was terrible for friends staying with each other and I specified this on the booking i wanted to separate beds. The twin beds were practically pushed together. The room is poorly designed and is made for 2 people who are couples or have a really close relationship and there is no gap in between the bed. Very impractical. Shower room is opened as well as the sink. The sink basin is not in a separate room. The price of the room was not worth what we paid. Shocked and the sauna /steam room was not working - they needed an engineer to come which was booked to come after our arrival so did not get what we paid for. The bar staff were kind the reception staff were horrible and not accommodating or empathetic.

Fantastic friendly hotel in a fantastic location, modern clean room with everything you need. Ultra friendly and helpful staff... Anita was amazing... Highly recommended!! (Do agree about the showers though.. if you're not intimate with the person you're sharing with or like me sometimes travel with step children it's going to be awkward)

Convenient and comfortable hotel with very courteous and helpful staff.The checkin process was very easy and I was helped by Demuri, who was very kind with a cheerful smile.The rooms are not that big but they are comfortable. A very odd place for the shower though, especially if you’re sharing the room with a friend. Luckily I was on my own.The location is central and safe away from the dodgy streets near the Central station.I took a direct train from the airport and then an 8 min walk to the hotel.The hotel is a 15 min walk by the river to the old town where almost all the Frankfurt attractions are.

Very nice hotel, restaurant and staff!Location is close to the river and about 12 minutes walk from the old city / 18 minutes to MyZeil commercial center.The staff are very helpful.The food at the restaurant is great.Breakfast is great too. It's important to notice that usually the booking doesn't include breakfast and it is requried to add about 24 euros for breakfast at the check-in day or around 27 euros the day after.

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with all the usual amenities (hairdryer, coffee maker, etc.). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of foods.Would highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Frankfurt.My only complaint was the self check-in as it was a slow process that needed assistance from staff so would have been better if there was a regular check-in desk instead.

I would like to give 5 stars service to reception team! They were my angels and saved me from so many problems. Special attention to Anita! She is a very good brand ambassador to The Fleming!!! My negative comments go to the restaurant. I have been coming to Flemings for maybe 15+ years when attending fairs at Meese. This year the offerings for breakfast were less! Not sure I will take breakfast option going forward. For the price far more should be offered - as in the past. Second negative on restaurant was dinner. Likely our last time eating dinner there! We both ordered the shrimp. It arrived cold and rubbery - the sides were hot and flavorful. Far too many good restaurants in the area competing for the food business. It must be improved. But, for us, I doubt eating dinner there again.
