Quality job done to my Car.

Paid for an oil and tire rotation After paying found out tire rotation was never completed. Manager was combative when i told him he should’ve told me. When I get home I noticed that the sticker was never changed and my light is still on.

Excellent costumer service

I purchased a wheel alignment from Groupon but had to pay $43 extra at the store. Don’t know why but I thought that what I paid at Groupon was the total.

I came in only for an oil change. Was pressured to replace tires and brake job.

It is important to have a good relationship with your mechanic. We have been with Midas so long because of the rapport we have with staff. Sheena was amazing - we will always miss her!! But Jorge is great! Friendly knowledgeable and trustworthy

I was happy for the attention and the services that was rendered.

They charge me for check pressure on my tires without let me know. My pressure tire were fine ny car has a system where I can see the level of pressure. I got charge around $10 for inflate my 4 tires. Something I didn't ask or accept a charge.

I went over for a warranty tire replacement And instead of trying to tell me something like oh no, it’s repairable or oh no, you should go with another route. He kept to the warranty specs and delivered exactly what I should’ve gotten for what I was originally paid for their completely honest, completely satisfied.

Mitch was very professional and attentive, he was cordial and treated all customers with an emphasis on the customer's needs. I've been to other places where they try to pressure up-sale you. I saw Mitch provide estimates for additional services and there were no pressure tactics used, (very unusual). I used this Midas years ago back when it first opened now that I have moved back to the area I plan to use it again. Signed - A satisfied customer.

I love going to Midas. They treat you how your suppose to be treated as a customer and a store that cares about prolonging the life of your vehicle. I have been to many shops even small pop shops and they actually create a plan for my car and remember of the needed maintenance. I dont mind waiting in the seating area because they are truthful in the amount it will take to take care of my car. They tell me an hour and its an hour.

I advised I had a noise complaint coming from the exhaust near the engine. Tested car and said I needed a flex pipe, and this will stop the noise. After work was completed test drove sub with tech and the problem was not solved. They look over the sub and said is was my starter. Funny thing I told him beforehand I was have problems with the suv starting. They didnt want to charge me but I paid anyway ( I will never go back). And they put the wrong miles for my vehicle

went to goodyear and they wanted to charge me 850.00 ... eventually ended up at midas where the exact same job to do the brakes was 500.00. changed disks and pads with sensor. Very Pleased.
